March Goals.. and update on my Feb. Goals

do my best to drink 125 oz a day

take my vitamins everyday

atleast 30 minutes everyday

atleast 30 minutes 3 days a week

do my best to eat healthy & Smaller portions
Keep my calories in range.....

do my best to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep

weight in once a week

measure once a month

log on every day & Track everything!!
Okay so the above mention was my Feb Goals.. and well I didn't do as well on all of them as I'd like so I m trying for them again. I did however managed 109.5 Miles on my Elliptical! (from Feb 1-Feb 28th) I also started using a Stability ball. I missed some of my Strength training days.. and had my ups and downs with my calories, sodium, my water and sleeping habits.
