I am doing something a little different.. I am eating low calories one day and noramal calories the next.. I am working out less and drinking lots of water..I am not sure how this will affect me, but I am willing to try anything.. I am only doing it for one week.. This Sunday is my last day and then back to 3x a week work out and eating the correct amount for that.. Well wish me luck!!
