All in all, February was a good month. Even with my birthday, Valentine's day and my mother's birthday all within a week, I did pretty good with my eating plan.
I walked the dog on work mornings, went running and to the gym, not perfect attendance but I did pretty good. I also lost 5 lbs this month, one pound short of my goal. But that's ok.
Now for March's goals...
I'm going to go running a bit more because I signed up for a fundraiser challenge and I need to be able to run a relay race of 10 k, 10 k and 5 k, all within 24 hours. I'll write a bit more about that as the training goes along.
So, instead of going to the gym twice a week, I'll aim for 2 cross training sessions per week, it can be yoga, swimming, cycling or even strength training, but I need to do something besides just running to improve my running. Weird isn't it?
So in summary, here are the goals
4 outings on working mornings
2 cross training sessions
3 outings a week
get rid of 7 lbs.
