Hey you lady on the couch---who me?

Friday, March 01, 2013

wow what a lazy day i'm having, no work, didn't eat breakfast, no school...delivered some girlscout cookies paid some bills, I have to get my behind to the gym, and Damn those double golden arches of hell, when I was running around I was lured in to the drive through, why do I allow myself to do that? I think I chose a healthy option though classic grilled chicken sandwhich wiped of the globs of mayo and a child sized sweet tea, no fries....still bad but not as bad as it could be I guess. On top of this though I haven't been drinking enough water, that's enough of this belly aching I'm taking my vitamins and getting some water in me and maybe i'll do some situps to get my blood flowing.

but why do I feel so lazy today....long week I guess.

One issue I don't have is eating out a lot. Either I don't have time, can't afford to, or it's not what I have a taste for. Eating right is not hard for me because a lot of those things I like to eat anyway, but bread is my downfall and it is hard not to because it's either pancakes for breakfast (cooking for the family), homemade biscuits, crackers, etc. I T I S S O H A R D T O S T O P!!!!!!
But I will definitely cut back on all of those.

haha your comment sure did brighten my mood....I guess I was just in a funk today, it didn't improve much but I did end up going to the gym and swimming for an hour.

saying it out loud really helps! Don't dwell on it - you're actually evaluating your choices which is good.

Now go and do those situps - you KNOW you will feel better for it. emoticon

I'm a McD's junky as well - so I started carrying those kids squeezables in my car, I look like a goofball sucking on my applesauce but it keeps my car from following the fast food tractorbeam!
