Hi Spark people,
This upcoming June will make it 3 years since I've joined sp. Its crazy how time flies. I'm so grateful for me taking the initiate to change my lifestyle. I've been going to the gym faithfully 3 times a wk and eating clean. Lifting has done my body wonders and will continue to focus on that the remainder of the year. The hardest lessons learned is it isn't easy and you cannot get results with a bad diet. And lastly, plan everything from workout days to what i'm eating. It keeps things balanced. I'm so grateful that I'm on track and I'm anticipating this summer, I'm buying a bikini later this month. I haven't worn one since I was 12, I'm nervous but ready. I'll update soon, xoxo.     Happy belated birthday! You look Great! So true that diet and exercise go hand in hand & weight training does work wonders. You're gonna kill 'em in that bikini; Work it girl!!
