I went for a hike

this morning. I increased my distance. It is so beautiful out there!!!

I did not see any chicks but I did see a great big bird of prey. Its no wonder I'm not seeing a lot of mice in the yard!! I will do some yoga

tonight before bed. I will do Cathe's Low Max

tomorrow. Then, another hike

on Sunday.
I may not get to exercise Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. We are having siding replace on the house and I will be supervising. I hope that my brother will bear some of that burden. Luckily, none of that work is being done on my bedroom, so I will still have some privacy.

I've been thinking about one of the things that Sandra Ahten says about dieting, 'When are we going to grow up?' And, I realized that I don't want to be a person that just gets older, I want to be a person that grows up. So, this morning, instead of listening to those old recordings in my head about staying in bed, I told myself, 'Grow up.' Like 'Grow up already!!' And, I got my own butt out of bed.
