Hey everyone! It's been close to 8 months or so since I have been on Spark People. Coming back to it, I remembered how motivational it was to at least have the spark streak of using the website.
I wanted to wait until I had a full week of using the site again to write a new blog entry. I know that I want to get back on a good routine!
I am beginning to count my calories again, which feels tedious and annoying, BUT I think it will be easier if I start to plan my meals, more. This is a huge obstacle I want to accomplish. I never know when/where my next meal will be, sometimes! This is frustrating.
I have started back on a small scale to see how I do easing myself back into exercise. Currently I teach two dance classes per week, and would like to get more cardio.
I hope to turn this into a plan, but I need your help!
