Time is limited...

Friday, March 01, 2013

Sorry for being MIA but since taking care of my dad since my mom passed away makes SPARKing time limited. I am hoping to get back to it since he is improving and getting stronger. Do not forget about me...I will be back at some point. I have 2 more chemotherapy to go and then hopefully that will be done. Happy SPARKing everyone!!!

I always put you up in positive prayer, my friend. Are you having the treatments in WV? If you need anything or just plain old support, I am less than an hour away! Please don't hesitate to ask! I am here for you. Stay strong my Spark Sister! God does not give you what you cannot handle...I know that at times that is hard to believe, but I truly believe in it.

As always, positive vibes being sent your way. Hope your dad is doing well as can be expected, too. Take care. You are a wonderful daughter, Amy.

That was a scary title..... thinking of you and definitely not forgetting you! Looking forward to your coming back to Spark - maybe in time for baseball season?!?

I'm not here as much as I would like to be either. Trying to find out what is wrong with DH. He has inflammation, anemia, fatigue. and occasional joint stiffness. We have been to his PCP, a hematologist/oncologist, and rheumatologist. All kinds of blood tests, CT scans of chest and abdomen - nothing is coming up. Had bone marrow biopsy yesterday. It's been a stressful few months...I should have lost more weight than I have!!!!!!

Blessings to you and your dad - hope the last few chemo treatments go quickly!

Amy, You are not alone!!!! Do not worry, cause we all have to take care of our priorities. I have also been MIA, taking care of my hubby....all though he is doing fine, today his doctor confirmed that, but we will NOT BE FORGOTTEN!!! We will continue to work, our programs to the best of our abilities, and keep our priorities in check.

Keep your beautiful smile glowing, and your heart beating to the drums, as they may be.....cause we will still be here, back and ready to help each other.

    Hugs,
    Fran
