Little Victories & March Challenge!!!

So I did it!!!! I went a whole day with no added sugar. I am very proud of myself! I don't even eat too many sweets, but, its amazing how addictive even a small amount can be...



I think I am going to do a sort of "no added sugar challenge" for the month of March. Mainly to see how I feel and what kind of results I get. I'm going to focus more on a 1 day at a time system with this one though. I want to see how many days in March I can do this. That way I don't give up if I slip up a few days. That's still 28days out of 31... Or whatever I succeed in doing. I can pretty much give myself a grade!!! Hopefully I don't fail!! LOL

I can do this!!!!
