March Goals

Last months goals went really well....I did better than I ever have. My Fitbit One is really keeping me on track and pushing me to reach my goals. I LOVE it!

March Goals

~Water Intake - 270 glasses (Last month I a goal of 240 and I drank 252)

~Fitness Minutes - 3300 I had a goal last month of 2500 and I reached 3115. Woohoo!

~Vitamins/Supplements/Wheat Grass - everyday (Last month I came close)

~Treadmill 3 x a week (Last month I said 4x but 3x is what happened and is more realistic)

~10,000 Steps 5 x a week (Last month I did it!)

~10 Flights of stairs 5 x a week

~Weigh in once a week (I did this last month)

~Measurements once a month ( I did this last month)

~Read 3 x a week for pleasure

~Read to Amara and work on letters/numbers 3x a week (and tying shoes)

~~~I have a goal to reach one day this month of 20,000 steps in one day (My highest day was just over 15,000)

~~~I have another goal of 50 flights of stairs once this month

~~~these are my really push it goals~~~

I am very excited to start this month and really push myself. Woohoo!!!
