February Reflection; March Goals

February didn't end too bad. My weight is holding steady where it is which isn't good, but it is 4 lbs less from where it was holding steady before. My steps are regularly above 10,000 now. I have added healthy supplements to my diet and am making better choices. There was a lot of stress in February, but my blood pressure is still in the normal range. Wohoo! Not moving on to blood pressure meds :)
My goals for March are really rather simple. I want to keep working out at least 45 minutes 5/7 days a week. I generally do more than that, but with my back this week, it wasn't easy. Get to JC at least 1 x per week. Vary my workouts. I just ordered two new Wii Workouts from Amazon so that will be something different. Keep working on de-stressing. For me, it is kind of hard because I really have no one to talk to. If I try to talk to my teaching friends about the real estate business, they are like, "well, you chose to leave teaching." I guess I will be hearing that the rest of my life.
On a very positive note, I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist.
My biggest goal is to try to STAY POSITIVE!
