I think I had another success in February! I'm down an additional 7lbs which isn't as impressive as January, but I'll take it! My goal is to lose as much weight as possible by August 8, which is the day the alterations begin on my wedding dress. According to SparkPeople I can reach 151lbs by that day, which isn't quite my goal of 140, but it does but me in the "normal" range of the BMI (currently I'm still considered obese at 196lbs).
And now for the numbers!
1.3.2013 STATS:
Weight: 196lbs (-24lbs)
Waist: 33" (-3.5")
Hips: 44" (-3")
Thigh: 26.5" (-2.5")
Upper Arm: 13" (-1")
Neck: 13" (-1")
Calf: 16.5" (-1.5")
Body Fat: 38.4% (-6.2%)
My goals for March are to make it into the 180's, start incorporating more cardio (I definitely lean towards strength training) and to get that BMI below 30!
