After a couple months on 'maintenance' I find myself slipping . . . not exercising as much as I need to; eyeballing rather than measuring my food.
Although I'm not gaining, I just don't feel SPARKY.
So, I am challenging myself to get back on track.
For the Month of March, my challenge is to keep myself honest and accountable.
* Weigh in & measure on the 1st
* weigh in weekly - report gain/loss
* measure and track my food
* track fitness:
minimum (repeat MINIMUM) 10 minutes daily/90 minutes per week
Aerobics 3x wk
Strength 2x wk
Core 3x wk
This really is NOT that hard. It's just sticking to it. And doing it.
I'm eager to see what amazing results I will have with these few, seemingly insignificant changes to my daily routine.
I'm ready to March forward to success!
