March Challenge

After a couple months on 'maintenance' I find myself slipping . . . not exercising as much as I need to; eyeballing rather than measuring my food.

Although I'm not gaining, I just don't feel SPARKY.

So, I am challenging myself to get back on track.

For the Month of March, my challenge is to keep myself honest and accountable.

* Weigh in & measure on the 1st

* weigh in weekly - report gain/loss

* measure and track my food

* track fitness:
minimum (repeat MINIMUM) 10 minutes daily/90 minutes per week
Aerobics 3x wk
Strength 2x wk
Core 3x wk

This really is NOT that hard. It's just sticking to it. And doing it.

I'm eager to see what amazing results I will have with these few, seemingly insignificant changes to my daily routine.

I'm ready to March forward to success!
Let's go!!!!!!!!! Woooohooooo!

    Its a good reminder to all of us in maintenance.. always watching what we eat gets to be a drag, but it is one of the main key's to success..

    You go girl!! I too have slipped into bad, comfy ways. February is the doldrums month for me... so I too have started again today. Weigh in tomorrow, pick up and start again.

I'll be watching... you keep me so motivated.

    This all sounds doable and I am looking forward to feeling more sparkly too. Feels good to dust off the bad habits before they damage us more permanently. All that good stuff is right there ready to glisten and you are right about it really not being hard just need to work on consistency.
