I'm having a pretty awesome day so far! Yesterday didn't go quite as I had planned but it wasn't too bad. I ended up only eating two hard boiled eggs for lunch bc I wasn't very hungry. But I am down a pound this morning! I am counting it bc I've been at 188.6 for the last two weeks. Now I'm 187.6! I've increased my water intake drastically already this morning! i'm feeling pretty good!
This article really hit home with me today. It couldn't have come at a better time!
I think I'm going to adjust my schedule a little so I'm not so rushed in the mornings. I fixed our lunch last night so I didn't have to rush or not have time to make it!
Food for today:
Breakfast: turkey bacon, egg and cheese on english muffin, banana
Lunch: Tuna salad sanwich, carrots and red and green pepper strips
snack: Greek yogurt
Dinner: Ranch chicken tacos
