Hello Spark friends!
Happy March! Glad it is a new month, it is another chance to get it right!
A little update...I am in physical therapy for my knee (which has arthritis and hurts bad), well Monday my physical therapist worked my legs too much and I think I have torn my muscle in my right calf. I haven't been able to fully put weight on it since Tuesday. So I am going to my doctor today along with my 3 year old because she is sick. It has been one heck of a week...physically and mentally. If you could say a prayer for Nathan's grandma, she is 88 and is having heart problems. They are giving her a year to live, which I know can be shorter or longer. We just need the prayers right now. Oh and also my sister that I haven't seen or spoke to in 3 years reached out to me on Tuesday. She wants to reconnect and have a real healthy sister relationship. Wowzers it has been a week!! Oh and things are going good with Nathan and I. He is in counseling weekly and goes to group therapy, we are communicating better by talking things out. We are just taking it slowly as he works through some terrible things that happened to him when he was little. It is all going to be ok, I know it will.
Ok so enough of that...Here are my March Goals!!!
Drink atleast 3 bottle of water daily & log it on spark
Meal plan for the week on Saturday's
2 fruits each day
limit sweets to 2 times per week. It has gotten out of control the sweet crap I have been eating.

There you have it! My goals! I am really struggling with this whole knee issue so this month I am making it about the food! Getting it right with my nutrition. Trying to cut out processed crap, junk food and fast food.
20 days until we go to Disney World! Yay!!!! WE are so excited!!! It will be tough to eat healthy on vacation but I am up for the challenge!
