3 weeks down and going strong.

I think it is true. It takes 30 days to make an action a habit.

I will have to think of something new to add to my new healthy habits.

I know. More water. Less coffee.

That will save calories from the milk and sugar and water is so much better for your body than coffee is.

    Have a little less sugar in you coffee every day i add coconut milk to my coffee and cinamon yum
