whoo hoo Day 5 ...God is so awesome .. with him all things are possible ,, I do Thank you all for praying . I once was told it takes 30 days to break a bad habit ..
I guess if you are going by what people say is true but I say it is broken .. Now .. my next step is ok lord now what .. I know I need to excersise more .. So now
to find more I can do .. So I guess I will go to the expert on that here and is the group called .. Chair Exercise Team .. I love that one .. now I have to get in
and see what I can do .. and get started more on that no misfocus ..I will be telling you everyday what did it is as for my fasting .. but it is gonna be a life
style for me I know that .. as before when I was small I ate very little to stay at goal weight . I had nothing for breakfast and I know that was not good ..
and a half a sandwich which was tuna all week and a apple .. then a good meal at night which was I meal healthy and not over eating .. yes I fudged but I didn't
make that a common thing .. So now I know that I have to restructure as not eating breakfast is bad.. and I have learned to eat it .. so .. now to get the advice
from the ones who are smarter than me on that .. I will be listening to God and pray he brings people in .. at one point in my life I did follow the body cycles
and I feel I will be doing some of that and no big meals . but I am going to listen to God .. and hear .. will be telling you for now gonna eat healthy take vitamins
and no eating at night and listen for that small still voice . I thank you all for all your prayers .. My eating is getting easier even thur the day .. I am making
wise choices .. My Nephew Jacky update is he says hes ready to go home tired of the hospital wow huh .. God is so awesome Thank you all for taking the time out
of your busy days to pray .. you never know what it means when you are in Crisis .. if you have never been there I am so thankful for you .. But if you ever are
we are here .. I don't care whatever happens I know I will be checking in here because you guys are awesome .. so much suport and love and I have met some of the most
awesome people on here .. you all are .. Well Im off to check the prayer lines .. I have a prayer Group and a prayer line so .. if you need prayer message me .. I
try to keep this up and check often but again .. the main group I ck for that is God Answers Prayers .. God directed me there on where to ck and pray .. so if you have
a urgent request and need prayer lots of groups up to you .. God loves you and so do I lets be a Blessing to someone today .. your sis in Christ Betty
