TGIF again.....already.....
Why as we get older does the time go by soooo fast!The weeks just seem to fly by.
Thrilled to be down 1 more lb this morning! Woot Woot.
Total now 22! Very happy.
Now today I am taking DS's girlfriend (isn't that a strange term when they are
in their 40's) Let's say significant other.
Anyway taking sweet Lisa to lunch. They are a great couple. She has 3 children
& my Mike has 1 my wonderful Conner (12). They have good relationship but won't
be marrying anytime soon. Her first husband very rich....pays $$$$$ monthly so
until those kids are all grown....about another 10 years.....they are status quo.
I'm not thrilled about that but.....it is what it is in this day & age. Anyway love them
both & you know we are happy when our kids are happy. Here are son Mike & Lisa:)


Now Lisa & I will be going to lunch at a very nice restaurant "Yellow Fin". I am already planning to take my W.F. Salad dressing in my purse! and to splurge w/Shrimp Cocktail so....I'm excited & ready!

Hubby has given me his schedule for weekend. Have I told you he is the best grandfather (PopE) in his case, EVER!!!!
We married right when grandkids began coming along. He never had kids of his own (til we married) so our Grandkids are pretty much his kids. & Remember I am a cougar so....he is the really Cool Grandfather that does everything with them.

So tonite he is taking Hanna (8) to Skate Nite. She calls each time her school has Skate Nite....he will take her & it will be their nite! I so love that they do that..Here is Hanna. She is my last LITTLE grand!

Then Saturday, Grandson #2 called (Conner 12) and asked if PopE would take him Snowboarding again. Now that is DH' favorite thing....he has taught them each to snowboard, ski & wakeboard....see he is the cool one.

They are really a team those 2!!
So...while all this busyness goes on. I will be home where I love to be...planning, eating the Right Thing and rewatching some Downton Abby....anyone else loving that show?

So I will be tucked in with my popcorn & DVR....wood for the fireplace, loving it that my fam is having a good time....out in the FREEZING COLD!!!
I will have great dinner ready when they come home.

So thats my weekend...With of course wonderful worship on Sunday. I am so thankful for my life, my family, my friends, my home and for SP!!
