Ok...it's time to get my flabby, fat butt in gear. So I'm posting my goals for the month here and every morning, I will post my daily goals.
March's Monthly Goals
1. Lose 5 pounds
2. Have a steady part-time job
3. Go for 5 runs (either outside or on a treadmill)
Goals for March 1:
1. Drink 4 glasses of water (I've been slacking here...so I'm starting slowly and I'll build up to the 8 glasses/day)
2. Do 15 minutes of some type of cardio
3. Apply to 2 jobs
4. Do 15 minutes of ST
5. Do 15 minutes of housework
