My common excuse that gets in the way of working out

Okay spark coach wants me to blog about my most common excuse, hmmm I am too tired, but I do not see this as an excuse, I really am too tired after working 10-12 hrs and a one hour commute each way then taking care of cooking and such when I get home.

    I live a pretty busy life (I teach full time, run my Union, and have a three year old). My day never ends. However, I find that if I work out, I am not so tired. If you only have 30 minutes, go for high heart rates and interval work outs. Resistance bands are good too because you can get a good work out in 20 minutes. Good luck!
