I have decided that I am going to try to blog as much as I can maybe not daily but a few times a week at least. Get to re-know myself if you will. I know when I write things out I tend to look and see patterns and understand things better.
I've recently started using my xbox kinnect again and I'm using the Biggest Loser's video game currently. I went a bit without really working out so I'm slowly adjusting myself back into this. I start the week before at 3 days for 20 mins at a beginners level and found it to be extremely easy. So last week I increased the time and added a day as well so now I'm at 4 days for 30 mins at beginners level. It kicked my butt Monday and Wednesday, today wasn't too bad it was the yoga day. I plan to keep the 4 days for 3 mins for another week to two before increasing.
My doctor wants me to take Metformin, and I don't know if really want to restart on that. I had the extended release form and it still sucked. But I guess had a lot to do with me diet. I may try to use it again with a healthier diet. I have made some changes there and added more fruits and vegetables. My husband and I plan on juicing a pineapple tonight looking forward to that. I do eat actually fruit and vegetables, but when I feel I haven't got enough of them for the day I will juice as well. I'm also trying to cut out most sugar in my diet, the extra stuff like High Fructose Corn Syrup and such. I'm making more stuff that's not prepackaged. I'm also doing what my doctor suggested now 80% of the time eating lighter meals in the evening and the heavier ones in the morning/afternoon time. I'm hoping with these changes I can make a difference in my weight soon.
I know it took some time to put this weight on, and it will take some time to take it off!
So my starting weight today is 213.6
