February Wrap-Up and March Goals

Happy March 1st everyone!!!

Here's a quick wrap-up of how my February went.
Goals:

Current weight (2-1): 168.4
Goal Weight (2-28): 160-165: DONE 2-28: 162.6 (-5.8lb)

*1200 fitness minutes: DONE: Total 1565

*Bible Reading: have read: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Matthew
February Goal: Mark, Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, Ruth: DONE + 10 chapters of Luke

Goal: line dancing or ride a horse or take a photography class: had scheduled a girls night out to go line dancing but my friends got sick. so we had to reschedule hopefully for this march sometime.

Additional Goals:
strength train at least 2 times per week: DONE!! and I squatted 145lbs last week and leg pressed 200lbs! feeling strong!!

Body Fat %: (1-15): 33.5%, 113.4lb lean mass, 57.0 lbs fat mass:
Goal: DECREASE body fat.
Weigh In:
Feb 5th: Fat %: 32.8 (-0.7%)
Fat Mass: 56.0 (-1.0lb)
Lean Mass: 114.6 (+1.2lb)

NEXT WEIGH IN: March 12th.


So gearing up for March I've got some big goals for this month and a big vacation coming up as well. It's going to be SUPERRRRR hard to stick with those goals on vacation, but since I got my smart phone and started using myfitnesspal to track stuff I've had better success!

MARCH GOALS
*Weight: Lose 4lbs (gw: 156-160): drop below 160... would REALLY love to see 158 because that would be 100lbs down from my heaviest.

*Body Fat: DECREASE

*Bible Reading: read Luke, 1-2 Samuel, and John

*Fitness Minutes: 1200min

*Bucket List: 1 thing... anything! (line dancing, hit below 160lbs, zip lining, etc.)

*PALEO 30 day challenge whole30: started today. NO alcohol, sugar (except a lil fruit), or wheat. this is going to be SUPER hard in Florida... and truth... i may only make it for 15 days.. then do another 15 days when i get back. but i'm going to do everything i can to go as long as possible!!

That's it folks! I leave for Florida in a couple of weeks. Today I got on the scale and was up 4lbs from yesterday which seems ridiculous because I worked out, ate clean, and sweated in the sauna last night. My weight has been super fluctuating this week due to PMS/TOM crap. I'm sort of ignoring the scale and just going with the flow... lol... weigh isn't until march 12th because I want all that PMS/TOM bloat gone before I do. AND i leave for Florida a few days later. Working super hard between now and then. put on my bikini this morning. didn't look awful. my shorts are wayyyyy too big. so thats pretty good! feeling good. feeling strong. this is the smallest/littlest i've weighed ever. so i'm happy with that! OH and I HAVE A HEALTHY BMI!!!

And--we are currently at the same weight--I feel a little competitive now...how can we motivate each other these next couple of weeks? emoticon
