I have decided to start a new series. I’m calling it “30 days of blogs”. Since I’ve been struggling so much in January & February with being healthy and spending time on SP, I think it will be great for me to “force” myself to log in each day and blog about my progress (good or bad).
Here are the main things that I want to accomplish in March:
#1 – Lose 5 lbs (I want it gone by 3/29 – when Six Flags opens)
#2 – Get at least 500 exercise minutes
#3 – Drink 8 cups of water a day
#4 – Stop making excuses!
#5 – Blog everyday on SP
I know that I can accomplish these things with the help of my wonderful Sparkfriends. Please stop by my blog each day and let me know how YOU are doing with your March goals!
PS - Kinda feel silly - March has 31 DAYS not 30! Oops!
