No Excuses!

It is so easy for me to miss or not make time for a work out. There are always 'reasons' or 'situations' that come up that make me think that I don't have time. But I have come to realize, 99% of the time these are just excuses. 99% of the time I can plan ahead and around the things that throw a wrench into my schedule. When I know I won't be home until late the next night, I need to get up early or fit my work out in some other time during the day. This morning I fit my work out in while listening/dancing to the Fresh Beat Band soundtrack (those of you with young kids will know who they are :P) with the boys. I have had a habit in the past about feeling guilty about putting my health first sometimes. But we need to realize that our children watch EVERYTHING we do. My husband and I work out in front of our boys all of the time. They think that fitness is just part of life. My 4 year old does better push ups than I do and he thinks it is so much fun. I LOVE that! I don't want them to struggle with motivation and being healthy like we have all of our life.

So no excuses. Get that workout done Sparkers! Have a great weekend!
