I was completely off schedule yesterday and under ate my calories by a lot. I was really tired and had no energy to hit the treadmill, I just wanted to crawl into bed and pass out. But I made a commitment so I got my gym bag packed and went.
I left for the gym angry at my husband and annoyed with the kids. I got to the gym and realized I'd left my water bottle at home. ugh, oh well, I have to go do this run, it's not so long that I'll dehydrate I'll just have to drink after it.
On the treadmill I felt pathetic, I wasn't going nearly as fast as I normally go, but the important part is that I was there. During my run my mp3 player died. ugh, I really like listening to my music at the gym, women gabbing right beside me drives me crazy. But no music so I had to deal with it and finish my run.
I finished my run.
Despite nearly everything going wrong (except injury) I still stuck to my training schedule and pushed through a bad day. I know what NOT to do next time.
