So here I am yet again bloging about almost being out of the 190's. When looking at my past several years of blog history sadly I have posted this same thing many times. Hopefully this will be the last time and I will be in the 180's next week. I am happy to report that I lost 2.5 pounds this week and I am currently at 190.5 so hopefully I will be 188 next week. At least I can dream of another 2.5 pound loss for next week.
What I did right. I exercised ALOT this past week. I also watched what I ate with the exception of I allowed myself one free day to have those snacks I crave but don't allow myself to have but still staying at my BMR so that I don't gain anything. I tried to eat at least 2 fresh fruits a day and aimed for a total of 5 fruits and veggies a day. I had a couple days I did not make the 5 but the other 5 days I did.
My goals for next week:
1- Continue to exercise aiming for at least 300 minutes of exercise this week.
2- Stay within my calories range 6 days a week and have one free day but not over my BMR
3- Try another new recipe this week to introduce to the family
4- Involve my husband at least once this week in exercise along with the kids
5- Reduce the amount of times I jump on the scale this week.
6- Continue to try for the 5 a day with 2 being raw Veggies/Fruits.
