My mind is clearer. My workload is approaching a more manageable size. A few more marathon days I will at least be on top of the mountain of work instead of buried under it. Yeah! I feel more capable of taking care of me.

Eat clean.
30 minutes of exercise
Sleep in MY bed at least 6 hrs. ( aka go to bed when your tired) Not the chair, the sofa, the spare bed etc.
So simple but so important. emoticon emoticon

    I appreciate that you can take back control and start out this month well. After doing the Official Spark Sleep Challenge, I have been fairly good at getting 7-9 hours of sleep 6 days a week. Good plan! It's great to have some Spark friends who encourage us to new heights. Hug, hug -- Evelyn

    Sounds like you are back in control. We can do it! I'm trying to up my exercise, and stay away from unhealthy snacking. Gosh it is a long hard journey isn't it? Great to know we are sharing the road with friends who understand.
