January and February were really busy months for me with lots of work stress. It shows in my energy level and on the scale.
However, I am committed today to make a fresh start for March!
Goals for the month:
1,000 fitness minutes
8 cups of water per day... no excuses!!!
Eat mindfully (including on weekends)
I'm still trying to figure out the scale number. It's inched higher, but the hubs thinks I'm perfect where I am right now. I think as long as I don't have to buy bigger clothes, I'm not going to stress about a number. Too many variables affect it on any given day. I'm not abandoning weighing, but I'm just trying not to freak at the fluctuations.
