For the month of March, I am claiming success in everything that i do.
1. Exercise at least three time a week for a minimum time of 30 minutes each time
2. Eat more fruits and vegetables
3. take a multi vitamin daily
4. Drink at least eight cups of water - No sodas
5. Get rid of junk food.
6. Get some Me time in
7. Be positive
3months before my sexy age lol and I will be sexy and healthier!
