Kick off for my March Goal, weigh in.

Today kicks off my MARCHing toward my goal challenge.

I weighted in. Up.4, thanks Aunt Flo so my beginning weight was 158 emoticon Its all good. I will just feel that much better seeing 154 on the scale instead. I think 4 pounds is a reasonable goal so I am going to stick with that.

Workout done. Protein shake choked down. Coffee in hand. Fish oil purchased and will take those starting today. I have an appointment to get my hair cut today.

Dave is off today and leaving for an out of town trip over the weekend. I *always* have a harder time when he's home -- why is that? Good choices today, I will make (in the voice of Yoda).

I feel good about my March goals and am ready to get the ball rolling once and for all and reach my goal once and for all.

Plans for the weekend:
Workout Saturday (Fat Burn Challenge, Recharge)
Yoga/rest day Sunday
Track food daily
Fish Oil supplements daily
FlyLady daily
Get back on my to do list
Work on implementing a plan for post Chalean!

    Sounds like a great plan for March. I too always have a harder time when hubby is home. I think because it feels like more of a "special occasion" than a regular meal so I always feel like I have to put more choices and more quantity on the table. When it's just me and the little guy I make enough for the two of us, no leftovers unless I'm making extra for my lunch for the next day. Hubby doesn't demand this, in fact it's just the opposite - he's always telling me that we've already got plenty we really don't need ... whatever else I'm going to put out there.

    Good choice today indeed - me, you, and Yoda too.

    Great plan.....manageable, doable, workable.
    Plan your work and work your plan.
    As far as protein........you could make soft serve out of it.
    Blend chilled protein drink with approximately 1 cup frozen fruit in the blender (I use Magic Bullet). If you are using protein powder...then blend powder, cold water, frozen fruit in the blender. It comes out like a fresh fruit soft serve.
    I like vanilla with peaches, vanilla with mango, chocolate with strawberries, chocolate with dark cherries. Could add flavoring and spices to make your own concoctions.
