Today kicks off my MARCHing toward my goal challenge.
I weighted in. Up.4, thanks Aunt Flo so my beginning weight was 158
Its all good. I will just feel that much better seeing 154 on the scale instead. I think 4 pounds is a reasonable goal so I am going to stick with that.
Workout done. Protein shake choked down. Coffee in hand. Fish oil purchased and will take those starting today. I have an appointment to get my hair cut today.
Dave is off today and leaving for an out of town trip over the weekend. I *always* have a harder time when he's home -- why is that? Good choices today, I will make (in the voice of Yoda).
I feel good about my March goals and am ready to get the ball rolling once and for all and reach my goal once and for all.
Plans for the weekend:
Workout Saturday (Fat Burn Challenge, Recharge)
Yoga/rest day Sunday
Track food daily
Fish Oil supplements daily
Get back on my to do list
Work on implementing a plan for post Chalean!
