So this weekend we are traveling and that usually spells panic for me. Panic because I feel like I don't have enough of my healthy food available to me. So I start to panic and overeat to make sure that I won't feel hungry. But the last time we traveled I planned and planned and planned and guess what
, I ended up losing weight
I'm going to do that again. I'm going to preplan as many meals as I can and stick to it. I'm sure eating out will be involved but honestly that is not an issue for me. I know now that I'm not going to starve to death
. I will be just fine. I've packed enough food and I can actually go to the store if I need to.
I hoping that as I continue to make progress and prove to myself that I can do it that this panicking feeling every time I travel will soon disappear.
