February Results and March Goals

• Continue my “10-minutes of Activity” Streak

• 500 Fitness Minutes
I HIT 1000!!!
• 500 Spark Points
Haha umm I got 2238 points.
• Wii Fit Challenge or SAHM Challenge every weekday .. not so much, but mainly because I started the 28-day bootcamp instead!
• Continue my “8 Glasses of Water” Streak .. oops, gotta work on that.
• Stroller walk with Maxwell three times per week (weather permitting) in preparation for C25K training .. didn't happen, thanks to COLD weather. Also, I am putting C25K on the back burner for Bootcamp.
Now we're marching into March!
~ Lose 5-7lbs! (Current weight goal is 7lbs by April 5 to reach overweight BMI and no longer be obese!)
~ Finish Spark's 28-day Bootcamp! Three weeks to go!
~ Continue my 10-min of daily fitness streak.
~ 64oz H2O daily - I bombed this one last month, but I know I can do it!
~ At LEAST 3 servings of fruit or veg each day. This will be a struggle for me.
~ Try at least one new SparkRecipe per week. (My hubby will love this goal haha)
~ 1000 fitness minutes!
~ 1000 spark points!
