Sorry for the bad pun, but couldn't resist.
I had a super-successful week! It feels so good to be BACK ON TRACK!

Nutrition. I ate totally on track all week EXCEPT for one evening when I sort of went overboard on saltines and deli corned beef. What a weird combination, right? But the next morning I tracked it the best I could and other than the salt, I don't think it hurt me too much.

Fitness. I did six classes at the fitness center including biking, Pilates, PowerPump and Zumba. We walked/hiked three times. My Fitbit says I've walked over 60 miles and 120,000 steps in the past seven days, but it's not all been on the road or trail. I've tried much harder to stay off my b*utt while in the house. I've done more cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Hey, it all works, right?
My goals for March are to keep up the effort.

Read and ponder my "Daily Gift" email upon waking.

Continue classes at the Fitness center, maybe even add one or two.

Start the Women Run Arkansas program with our first meeting on Saturday! Woo hoo!

Hike/walk on Wednesday and one other day as the weather allows.

Continue to watch my eating. Try a couple vegan recipes that are out of my comfort zone.

Continue to drink the water, ditch the wine.

Blog often, and utilize SparkCoach thoughtfully and meaningfully. I think this extra level "in one package" is helping me stay focused.

VISUALIZE, VISUALIZE the ultimate goal, which is a lean, fit Nanette hiking the Appalachian Trail at the end of May with ease! I vow not to be the one having the hardest time!

Lose 5 pounds this month. (actually hoping for more, but I know 5 pounds is do-able.)
I feel off to a great start! What are YOUR goals for March??
