March 1 - working on doing just 5

One of my Sparkfriend's doctor gave her instruction to lose 5 in March. I thought I would do this also. I have been drifting, and it's showing.
I chose 5 because it's not radical. It will not require radical changes, just doing a little better. It is being a little more consistent on the path, just a little bit more often than I am now.
It's gentle. I like that.
