10,000 Steps Challenge

Time to step it up a notch, literally. emoticon

Sit down job and COPD will not stop me. emoticon

I aim to do 10,000 steps per day, every day, bare mimimum. emoticon

I did it yesterday; 10,120 steps, and I am going to do it again today.
Going to post my steps right here on this blog, kind of makes me committed to not messing this up!

    I love my FitBit and I'm almost always able to do the 10,000 steps/day. I am having computer problems so it is not syncing so I am manually entering my numbers, currently.

    Bravo - I'm wearing my pedometer everyday.... but still under 10K steps.
I need to try harder.....

    Great idea - I wear a pedometer most days....just to see how I do.
I rarely reach 10K steps......I'll give it a try too.

    GREAT JOB ON YOUR FITNESS MINUTES!!!+ i have also been walking more am doing 20 miles a week walk/jog .We have had so much snow that i need to find a way to move more .Wishing you success on this walk .
