Time to step it up a notch, literally.
Sit down job and COPD will not stop me.
I aim to do 10,000 steps per day, every day, bare mimimum.
I did it yesterday; 10,120 steps, and I am going to do it again today.
Going to post my steps right here on this blog, kind of makes me committed to not messing this up!
