Happy March 1st SparkFriends!!!!! Ready for a new month? Time to get your healthy on!!!!!
My vow - at least 5 fruits/veggies per day...gonna try for more if possible.
8+ 8oz glasses of water - keep that glass full - sip all day long.
Don't forget a little cardio everyday goes a long way -
