The First Day of March - A New Beginning

My life has been a series of new beginnings so March 1st is another one added to my restarts. A fresh start for fitness, eating healthy, laughing more and looking with excitement to what new adventure is around the corner. I have learned it doesn't matter if you get knocked down as long as you are willing to stand back up, dust your briches off and keep on keeping on. I'm putting one foot in front of the other and not looking back. Watch out Spring 2013 - here I come!
