March goals - 31 days until the 13 week challenge ends

I am supermotivated for March.
I want to see visible results.
This year my initial goal is to lose 13 pounds in 13 weeks - April 2nd will be the target date. So March is my chance to cross this goal off the list through consistent action.

Working out is good for our health. People who are active are healthier than those who are couch potatoes - at any weight. And those who stay active tend to look better!

Like Ernestine Shepherd at 73 years young...

...Oscar winner, runner and Weight Watchers spokesperson Jennifer Hudson (who's partner is a wrestler and body builder)

...the star of "Evolution of Mom Dancing" with Jimmy Fallon - FLOTUS herself, promoting "Let's Move" for the nation and especially kids

Each day, we can make a little progress.
And it doesn't have to wait until Monday...

It's about keeping your goals in your mind, making the time, and not letting anything stop you from taking the next step

So here is my plan (and it is a true challenge this month):
*Cardio at least 6 days a week (10 minutes minimum)
*Strength train 6 days a week (only a few body parts a day, so I have a rest day for those muscles to get stronger)
*Practice a sport (basketball and volleyball - this will reduce boredom and help with cross-training)
*Participate in a race Saturday, March 23
*Track my food and aim for 5 vegetables, 2 fruit and 2 dairy daily (try to stay in calorie range)
*Get 6 hours sleep each day (I'm an insomniac)

I'll pretend Dolvett is waiting at the gym to train and encourage me

So that's the plan!
