What is my true motivation for wanting to lose 30 pounds total ....
1. Health - I want to stop aching every morning. I don't want to end up like my Mom.
2. I want to walk a marathon - can I really walk 26.2 miles carrying an additional 30 pounds?
3. My husband is 12 yrs younger than me - I don't want to look old and dumpy.
4. I help to work on a car - drag racing. I am the person who runs in front of the car to back it up - I dont' want to be embarrassed by not being able to run.
5. I want to do my BMI and not be "obese". I can't change my 5'1" height, so I must change my weight.
6. I want to wear clothes and not worry about that muffin top !!
