no not basketball, I'm talking a start over for my healthy journey.

My eating and exercise habits took a dive after my vacation, so I have a new outlook and a new plan. I've joined SparkCoach because I need that extra push.

Get back to eating right. Each meal will be planned as follows:

1. use a plate and table. don't eat in front of the TV or computer out of a fast food bag.
2. 1/2 of my plate will be fruits & veggies.
3. increase my protein.
4. small amounts of carbs.
5. 1 serving of dairy.
6. WATER...ALWAYS WATER
7. cut the sweets...eat natural for the sweet cravings.

Get back to fitness priority.

Day 1 = 30 min cardio (10 minute increments) stairs or a brisk walk
Day 2 = strength training (3 sets of 15)
Day 3 = 30 min cardio (10 minute increments) stairs or a brisk walk
Day 4 = strength training (3 sets of 15)
Day 5 = 30 min cardio (10 minute increments) stairs or a brisk walk
Day 6 = 30 min cardio (10 minute increments) stairs or a brisk walk
Day 7 = rest
