February was pretty good, especially considering my broken toe and gum problems. I kept on keeping on. I've found the sweet spot for my weight maintenance, at least until I wean the baby. But that will probably be an April thing.
I'm up to 14 reps at 60 lbs for my pull down. I may try and accelerate that a bit, maybe two workouts on each even rep and one on the odds. My secondary strength training has gotten a bit neglected, which I want to get back with. My foot is not ready for treadmill, so I want to Exercycle still. I've been making 5000 steps a day yesterday and today.
So what to do with writing? I got some good traction on my autobiographical fiction. I guess I'll build a submission packet for my third and fourth books. Or to take it one step at a time, just book 3.
I have put all my health month rules to housekeeping, so we'll see how that goes. I guess I need to add taking my supplements to my spark other goals. For finances, I need to get caught up. We have the money, I just need to pay the bills.
