Didn't meet her fitness goal for February

I didn't meet my fitness goal of 1320 minutes. I started in on the challenge late and a couple of times I started exercising, my husband called me and needed my help. I Did meet my water goal for this month though. I also have a goal to get 4 dresses made and 2 shirts made for my grandchildren by March 7. The dresses are pillowcase dresses and I have them made, but I just need to put the casing on the top so I can put a ribbon in them. One of the shirts is made. I still need to make the other one.

    Yeah, count the successes you had! They far outweigh missing you exercise goal. I didn't meet my exercise goal either. You did AWESOME for all your situation of caretaking and making clothes for the grandkids.

    pat yourself on the back for making a goal to begin with - we can't hit what we don't aim for. Now make yourself a priority in March and get your exercise in - 10 minutes at a time is do-able
