Last night I had a good workout with my trainer. We worked on arms, back, and abs. He was very pleased on how well I did. He normally does only 5-6 exercises per set, but he gave me 9 and upped some weights.

I am still struggling a little with the nutrition plan. I have a bad habit of wanting to nibble alot all day. I am trying to stop that.

Daily Goals: 2/27 & 2/28
1) Blog -- emoticon , emoticon
2) Exercise at least 20 minutes. emoticon , emoticon 120, 50 min
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day emoticon, emoticon 6/6 servings
