My Motivation for Today.

I had a super busy day. I am not sure why, but I hardly had time to eat, and was working while I was eating lunch. Somtheing I try to never do. I got 8000 steps in just walking at work. I came home and went shopping, and started cooking. Once again i was pretty tire.
I thought briefly of not going to my zumba class, but I finished what I neede to do; and I made time for me.
For me,,, not any one else.
I went to zumba, and was able to keep up and now I feel great.
My feet are sore from all the walking I did, but the rest of me feels great.
I also stayed in my low range for calories.
