So I've become a little obsessed with the gym. When I first started my gym competition I was happy to be going in the three days a week that I met with the trainer. Then the week after I was feeling fancy and I went in once on my own. Then in week three, the trainer was like... Oh yeah you are here everyday for thirty minutes of intense cardio.. Right?
No not so much.
But I did get myself in everyday. Not for intense cardio at first, just any old cardio, but I went. Monday marked the end of my week four and I've been gaining intensity everyday. Today I went in the morning for a step class and then I went back at night to work a little on my own.
I am sore but happy with my effort! I can't wait to weigh in on Monday and beat my team mates again!
