March Goals

There is not much to report for February. I completed 13 Insanity workouts and did not stay within my nutrition range as much as I would have liked so there is no new weight loss to report.

Here are my goals for March:

emoticon 20 Insanity Workouts
emoticon 300 extra cardio minutes
emoticon Stay within nutrition 25 days

This should help the scale move in the right direction and have the clothes fitting better.
