There is not much to report for February. I completed 13 Insanity workouts and did not stay within my nutrition range as much as I would have liked so there is no new weight loss to report.
Here are my goals for March:

20 Insanity Workouts

300 extra cardio minutes

Stay within nutrition 25 days
This should help the scale move in the right direction and have the clothes fitting better.
