Good Eats!!

With the exception of 2 fruit snack packs (80 cals each/too much sugar!), I did really well today. The work out this morning felt great. I instructed a pump class this afternoon that I'm going to feel on Saturday!

Feels good to be on track!

Game Plan:
8am aerobics
9am client
10am dance with Larry
11am Big Changes aerobics
12:30pm Pick up my grandson!!!
3pm dance lessons with Rafael
4:30pm chillin' with the family!
7pm Instruct dance group at the church
8:30pm Marta's Dance Party!!

Positives:
1. Good nutrition day
2. Good work out day
3. Enjoyed breaking down our 2 step routine with my pros Marta and Rafael!!
