With the exception of 2 fruit snack packs (80 cals each/too much sugar!), I did really well today. The work out this morning felt great. I instructed a pump class this afternoon that I'm going to feel on Saturday!

3pm dance lessons with Rafael
4:30pm chillin' with the family!
7pm Instruct dance group at the church
8:30pm Marta's Dance Party!!
