Ack! I need a few more hours in the day...

Geez! They were taking a team photo tonight at practice so we got home later than usual. I still need to do my Spark Coach, balance the check book and run team numbers. Yikes!

I'm trying to stick to my guns and not stress eat. So far I'm doing good; but I may have to cave and have a hot chocolate. Ugh! I hate days that get this hectic...

Plus, everyone at work is pretty stressed with the sequestration. We don't know much; but we do know of at least 2 people that may not have their terms renewed. It really sucks!

Anyway, keeping chin up even though I'm running around like a chicken with my head chopped off... catch you later!

NOPE! Not gonna do it!

    I am so sorrty you are having so much stress!!!!!! If you need to vent I an here. Stress eating only makes things worse.

    I'm a government contractor too. I think that sequestration is a doing a number on almost everyone. I hope all the hype I'm hearing on NPR is just hype. Anyway, as we all know eating just makes the stress worse, but go ahead and have the hot chocolate. It's not the worst thing in the world!

    Look at it this way - a hot chocolate would be better for you than a bag of chocolate chip cookies! Sometimes, a little soothing goes a long way.

I wondered if the sequestration would hit close to home for you or not. Fingers crossed the numbnuts in DC get their heads out of their.. uh.. hmm....

When I get like that I reach for a handful of dried fruit and mixed nuts!

    ahhh... stress eating... DON'T DO IT!

Do squats instead... yep that's what I do... every time I think of that *insert item I'm supposedly dying to have* I do 5 squats. Pretty soon I don't wanna think about it anymore lol
