Oh dear..... I'm finally coming down with some illness. I've been exposed to just about everything this school year and haven't been sick yet since beginning my SP journey. Maybe b/c the immune system has been built up pretty well I won't get as sick as I would have otherwise. DH is just getting over a 2 week major case of sinusitis and was so sick with it. He had everything but a fever. This doesn't feel like the flu, more like a bad head cold or sinus problem. Ears are plugged, head really hurts when I bend over, drainage, a little dizziness - the usual stuff.

Didn't feel great during the day but still managed to get the cardio walking done. Just had soup for dinner. Not much appetite. It seems these symptoms are escalating this evening.

Need to just get a lot of rest tonight, so will stop here.

    A lot of Sinus infections going around this year. Rest and I agree, chicken soup always helps - my neighbor had to go to the Dr. and they put her on antibotics...I had a 'waxy' ear, but they went away. Thought I was getting the sinus, but that left also after a couple of days...Best wishes for good health...

    Take care of yourself!!! Rest and fluids. Don't feel guilty if you can't get all your fitness in, your body needs the energy for fighting germs and healing. Rest so your body can do its work and get you back to normal as soon as possible! Peppermint tea is great for any kind of congestion.

    Awwww, take care of yourself honey. My DD just told me there's a 2nd wave of the flu going around her school. GREAT! NOT! I had the stomach flu 2 weeks ago and it was a bugger. Just take it easy! Chicken soup helps.
