Short Day

Today is my first full day off this week. Usually I don't snack at much when I am at home, because I sleep in and just have a lazy day around the house. Well today I went tanning with my mom and afterwards went to Walgreens because i was out of pepperoni. When we were there I was crazing chocolate really bad. Well I decided to get a symphony bar and this new Cracker Jack'd PB & Chocolate concoction. Well when I got into the car, I took half the symphony bar and 1/3 of the cracker jack'd and gave the rest to my mom. So I still got my chocolate I wanted without all the guilty calories later.

I am now headed into the living room to do some cleaning. Mike (Hubby) and I took Bailey on a mile walk yesterday afternoon. It was really difficult but afterwards I was feeling really great about it. So I don't burn off, I take Thursdays and Sundays away from exercising but I never take away from counting my food. All in all pretty good day. Sneaked a peek at the scale, even though I know I shouldn't and almost 4 pounds gone since Monday!
